I Love Life!  There, I said it.  The ups and downs, the day in and out, the plans that completely change... the things that used to cause stress in my life are now the interesting things that give me direction. 

I am a maverick in life - doing things differently than many, and following my own timing in life.  

I have spent 20 years studying personal development, researching how to live an Engaged life, applying what I learn, failing, re-focusing, and trying again.

I have been married to my amazing wife Christina since 1998

Our daughter was born on Mothers Day, our son was born on Fathers day 3 years later... really.

I am Metis, tracing my ancestry back to Chief Joseph Brant Theyendanegea of the Mohawk Tribe in Brantford Ontario.

My middle name is Brant... so... my name is PAUL BRANT Marlett.  Not the singer. 

I love to surf, and live an Calgary Alberta - Not the best combination.

I have a passion for lifting peoples energy and lives up a level, two, or three. 

I meditate, do sun salutations and Qi Gong regularly.

I am plant based for 3 years

We are a one car family and I have commuted to school on my bike since I started teacher 25 years ago, all seasons.  

I am a follower of many great people - Thich Naht Han, The Dahli Lamma, Michael Sinclair, Brendan Burchard, John Kehoe, Maya Anjelo, Ghandi, Mother Theresa, Debra Poneman, Dr. Sue Morter, Marcy Shimoff, Don McGuell Ruez to name a few.

As a child a psychologist told my parents they thought I was incapable of learning.

I have found silence in my inner world and often do not have constant thoughts running through my mind. 

I am an avid hiker and outdoor climber

I am a wood carver who has trained with three mentors.
